Thank you all for your comments, I think we must have the correct information for Elizabeth New marrying Ernest John Brown.    At the back of my mind, thought maybe she could have migrated to Australia after the death of her Mother, as she had two brothers and a nephew that migrated within a year after Mother's death.

There is an on-line tree that states that she married Ernest John BROWN in 1915
He died in 1932 and she died in 1955
Civil Death Record quoted Newbury 1955 Sept V6a P42

There are seven siblings listed for here with DoBs and DoDs and links to records that make the information given look most believable.

I suggest if you can contacting the owner of the tree on ancestry as it is very detailed for the family

1901 census
1, Jubilee Road Victoria Terrace, Newbury, Berkshire
Ernest J   Brown   Head   1865   Foreman In Timber Yard   Newbury
Mary A   Brown   Wife   1862      Newbury, Berkshire
Walter C   Roberts   Boarder   Single 1883 Railway Clerk   Abingdon, Berkshire

living same place 1911

Ernest John Brown Age 67 Residence   20 Jubilee Rd
Burial date 29 Dec 1932 Church   Newtown Rd Cemetery  Place   Newbury

Here's some of the info. from Ernest John Brown's Army record

Army office form  Stamped with Royal Defence Corps
Death Cert of Pensioner (to be used for info. War Office only)
Ernest John Brown died 24th December 1932 at Newbury Hosp.
Cause succumbed to injuries received in an accident on Dec 19th
through horse bolting with lorry
certified that the above named died on the date above
(Railway clerk) signature  George Smith address 63 Queens Road Newbury signed Jan 6th 1933

age 47
Disembodied on demobilisation date 5/3/1919
Address Victoria Villas, East Field, Newbury Berks
Home 30/8/14 to 5/3/1919
Next of kin Mrs M A Brown, address same as above

The public tree suggests that Ernest's wife Mary Annie Brown nee Hobson
died in Bermondsey London 1914  ???

she's with her husband on the Electoral Register, so I don't think that can be her death entry in 1914  :-\

1920 Electoral Register Berkshire Newbury
Ernest John Brown & Mary Annie Brown living at
1 Victoria Villas, Jubilee Road

1925
Ernest John Brown & Mary Annie Brown
20 Jubilee Road, Newbury

1930

That's really interesting - I always recheck details when I find a tree

However whomever put the ancestry one up has all of Elizabeth NEW's family's details matching the census and birth records with details of thier lives and deaths as well.

It is baffling!

Hi everyone, thanks again for this information.   I will contact tree owners now, very interesting.
I have done much research into Elizabeth's family in Newbury in the past, myself, and have a tree on Ancestry, but have always questioned Elizabeth's tracks after her Mother died in 1911.  She was living in an Almshouse at that time, maybe to assist her Mother, but  have been waiting until we get access to 1921 census information, to confirm information.    Jan
