Just having another stab at finding james lindsay and jean cuthbert  marriage details . They both lived in Kerriemuir where they raised their family but i can't find a marriage entry for them

If anyone has access to Kerriemuir records  I would appreciate any help

What sort of time period did they live in? When was (approx) their daughter Jean born. I can have a look but don't know which year range to look at.

EDIT: The records for Banns and Marriages in the OPR for Kirriemuir only go from 1821 onwards. So if this couple married prior to that date in Kirriemuir Parish, there won't be any information available unfortunately.

sorry i should have put the date !  Their first child jean lindsay was born in 1725 so It would have been around 1720 .
