Yes this is them on the census
and yes the son en-law Richard Matthews was born in England,he married Margaret Blair in Belledune New Brunswick daughter of James Blair & Margaret Daigle.
 The marriage of James Blair & Margaret Daigle would be either in 1848 or before 1848 as their daughter Margaret Blair was born abt 1848.
