Could this be a possibility?

Mary Bell
Estimated birth year:   abt 1884
 Year:   1907   Jul-Aug-Sep
Age at Death:   23
Registration district:   Nantwic Cheshire
Volume:   8a Page:   188

If I remember correctly Elsie & Alice are with Sarah Jane  Clutton in 1911, she is sister of Mary and they can be found with mother Jane on 1901 c RG13; Piece: 3352; Folio: 74; Page: 34

Strangely enough i've found that one too  :D
Nantwich isnt far from Wheelock or Sandbach so i think thats probably her.
What a sad story though eh

And Alice herself dies when she was in her early 20s.
The death of her mother when she was only 2 wouldnt really have affected Elsie too much i hope but to lose your sister too must have been very traumatic

Joseph and Mary Ann's marriage was witnessed by her sister and husband so its definately the right people.
Struggling to find Mary Anns death record though which i think was 1907, the year her daughter Alice was born.

Thomas Clutton, occupation steerer on a canal boat, probably not as glamorous as it sounds  ;D
