That's because it's very difficult to read.

There's a possible Mawse galbraith in the last section of the clip.

It begins:

I Mawse galbraith [relicd?] of [umqh(ill)e?] andro [bueland?] adwocat...

I'm not completely happy with the w in Mawse (of which I can't see another example); nor with the ai in galbraith.

Nevertheless this is possibly the right reading.

The remainder of the image is standard will preamble.
