Hi, trying to find out who lived at 17, Barratts Road, Birmingham B38 9HU, in the late 1960's to1970's. Will I be able to find out at Birmingham council or library, or does anyone on here know?
Thanks
J Jan

I have a Kelly's directory for 1973-4 but there are no names listed beside the numbers in Barratts Road. I had never come across a listing like this before. Sorry!
rayard.

Thanks rayard, that's a shame. I can look on the Ancestry but not late. Will have to try somewhere else.
