The message just says ‘in the Dryden cemetery’ so i’m guessing only the one. I’m hoping the library may send a copy if they have seen it, but will email the city services address.

Had the obituaries which are great, but David’s adds to the puzzle, as it says he is survived by his wife, but gives no name. I guess he could have married again, though he was 61 when Cecilia / Sillia died. The library didn’t have a photo of the headstone so not sure how they know the inscription (it’s not in the obituaries), so wondering again now if they are buried together or simply in the same cemetery (unless his widow was later buried with them too!).

Will try emailing the cemetery.

It sounds like the library has a copy of the cemetery records?  It would have the inscription as they (the cemetery) would have had the stone made.

Just received a photo of the headstone from Dryden burials dept. Fantastic, thanks for help bbart and Sandra.

Only David and Sillia buried there, so still a mystery as to whether or not David married again. But will leave that for now 🤣
