Did they leave for Australia before the 1841 census.  Could you please give some names and dates for any children that were born to them in England

The marriage was at St John, Deansgate, Manchester on 10 January 1831.  John is a Joiner, and both are of this parish and town of Manchester.

I can't readily see a baptism for Mary Ann in the same parish.

My information related to the marriage is from the image of the register entry - FindMyPast.  Both parties signed, and witnesses were John H..... and Elizabeth Lea, who also signed.

Added:  Image is also available on Ancestry.

does it give their ages ?...could Mary Ann be around 15 years younger than John ?

do you think this might be them ?  says she was born around 1802 - 1806 ...but the age of their eldest child fits in with timeframe of their marriage ??
I wonder as he was a Joiner - could he be the Maintenance man / caretaker of this institution
