The Strathfieldsaye left England at the beginning of May. So sadly they will not be in the 1841 census.

Where do you see Cheetham Lancashire as birthplace for Mary Ann NEWTON?

At this website....NSW state records....
https://www.records.nsw.gov.au/keyname   search words.....John GRIMSHAW.......
finds......John GRIMSHAW assisted immigrant, Mary and family,  arrived "Strathfieldsaye"  Port Phillip  1841

Use this site to find passenger for "Strathfieldsaye" arrived Aug 1841
https://www.records.nsw.gov.au/archives/collections-and-research/guides-and-indexes/assisted-immigrants-digital-shipping-lists

GRIMSHAW family on page two.
John GRIMSHAW  50 years, native place Lancashire
Mary GRIMSHAW 38 years
John GRIMSHAW   9 years
Eliza GRIMSHAW   3 years

Just a thought - If Mary Ann dies in Australia (tree says 1864) then her death certificate will possibly give her parents' names.  :-\

Did she remarry to Samuel Evans in 1843?
NSW BDM website has a death of a John Grimshaw in 1842, age 32.
