There's a possible marriage for John Burrows and Mary Pennell in Wolverhampton on 19th April 1788.

Mary's baptism  23rd February 1789

Also more possible children:
William  -  14th November 1790
Catherine  Ann  bapt 23rd February 1793

 just a guess on the places they lived & the church where any of your Burrows any connection to the waterways i.e. Canal Boatmen or Bargemen ?
