Yes I did notice that afterwards.  I cannot see a birth registration for Harriet Janet Saunders between 1870 and 1890 in England and Wales.  You can check for yourself via FreeBMD.

Did she marry in Birmingham in 1905?  If so then the marriage is between Harriet Saunders and Charles Wilson - no middle names given.
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
