james as 60 , his birth date   at aged 60 is 1781, so a year out
Remember that adults' ages were supposed to be rounded down to the nearest 5 years in 1841.

So if it says 60, this could mean anything from 60 to 64, and if correct would imply a date of birth any time between 8 June 1776 and 7 June 1781.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

I know it could be either of the James Ogilvies, I think I am just going to have to accept I am not going to know for sure.
