Liverpool's Journal of Commerce archive (shipping)
« on: Friday 05 April 19 15:45 BST (UK) »
Does anyone know where there might be archive copies or film, for 1923, of the shipping newspaper once published in Liverpool?  I am told they are not held in Liverpool's Central Library, and the National Archives' Discovery catalogue mentions only a few later years.

Ainslie,
Try, The British Newspaper Archive at Collindale. I understand the US Library  of Congress has copies. Also try an email to Maritime History Archive, Memorial University of Newfoundland. They have a comprehensive maritime related newspaper archive. If they do not have what you are looking for then I feel sure they will steer you in the correct direction.
