Andersdotter in Ramsberg

I have new but distant DNA reason to believe there could be a connection between two Andersdotter women but not sure if this can be proven.   

I have a Lovisa Andersdotter who was married to Per Mattson in 1859 and had 5 children - Pehr Eric b 1861, Carl Johan b. 1864, Lovisa Wilhelmina b 1867, Johanna Christina b. 1871 and August Edward b. 1874.  The various records show only a birth year for her of 1835 and the place of Ramsberg.  On 1900 census in the US her birth year is recorded as 1836.  We have never been able to document her birth date or her parents names. 

There is another family that may be related.  The marriage is recorded as Katarina Wilhelmina Andersdotter Birth year 1845.  Marriage date 26 Dec 1867 in Ramsberg, Orebro to Jan Fredrik Bergqvist.  They had 3 children - John Erik b. 1868, Lovisa Wilhelmina b. 1873 and Emma Kristina b 1878  before emigrating to the US.

I know it is a longshot but any possibility of finding any new clues that will connect the two?

Sweden was still using patronymics at that time.

So we know that both women had a father named Anders
Andersdotter meaning daughter of Anders.

Unlikely that they were related?

I agree with KGarrad that you cannot assume a relationship based on the patronymic Andersdotter. If you want to search further for your Lovisa you might try: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/

I'm just trying to confirm if these are the ones who emigrated. I'll get hopefully back to you with the evidence.

You have previously given me the leaving info for Lovisa and her children in a separate thread a few years ago.  They were the Berggren lot that left Sweden one at a time.  Mother Lovisa and daughter Lovisa Wilhelmina ended up together in Aroostook County Maine.  The hopeful sister to Lovisa, Catharine Wilhelmina and family also settled there I believe.  It may not be proveable with records but I think the DNA results are pointing out possibilities.  I am continuing to look for other family members on this side now that I have some family names to work with.  Will appreciate anything further you uncover on your end as always!
