Oh my these records certainly fill in the gaps and change the whole story ending!  So many deaths!   

I assume I am reading these correctly in that Johan was the oäkta son of 2nd wife Stina and not Anders?  I can't make out all the writing by his name on the Household Schedule.

The word for cancer that first wife Stina died from...is that a specific cancer?  I though cancer was written just  "kräfta"??

Yes you are right. "Kräfta" is cancer but I cannot make out the whole word........     kräft.....

Yes, Johan was illegitimate to his second wife.
The writing you can't read says:
Hustruns barn före äktenskap - The wife's child before marriage.
