can't find a marriage ? only child b 1926

Good Morning
can anyone find a marriage please for
William Wright from Widnes and Mary Malone from Ireland - 1 child born 1926 now deceased - Ellen Wright - can we find them in 1939 register please - are they in Garston ,Liverpool ??
oakes,liverpool..neston..backford..poulton cum spittal(bebington)middlewich,cheshire......   sacht,helgoland  .......merrick,herefordshire adams,shropshire...tipping..ellis..  jones,garston,liverpool..hartley.dunham massey..barker. salford

We are not allowed to do 1939 look ups.  Have you tried a 'free search'

Could the marriage have taken place in Ireland?

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

VERY possible - IF - William was a sailor / Merchant Seaman - but I don't know his occupation ?

No marriage in Northern Ireland for a William Wright with bride Malone 1917-1926.
No marriage in Ireland for Wright/Malone marriage 1920-1929.

Added- perhaps met during WWI- try overseas marriages?
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
