Please restore/ clean up great grandfather Carl Wenzel, Germany

Hi everybody,

this photo is one of the very few I have of my great -grandfather Carl who was born in 1880. I  got this picture from a relative about 10 years ago. It's not the original but was simply printed with a home office printer. The result was that the picture came out pretty grainy. Unfortunately I can't access the original photo any longer, so I'd like to ask you nice guys if a little improvement was possible.
