I would appreciate some help with a few missing words, starting from the middle of line 2 and finishing after ‘tymes in a year continually’, may well be some errors as well.

and good [] soules all the soules that I am [] to pray for and all []
soules and ro come home to Hampton[] or [] tyms in a year continually

Thanks, great help - this once small section of a 4 page will has been a real bonus.

In the third line it might be supervisors

Has he already named some supervisors earlier on the will?

Supervisors wouldn't fit the context of this section and (to me) looks wrong. I think it could be symfone

...vertuous p(re)stes tobe named...

...agrement of the seid sup(er)visours to syng...

...all cristen
soules...

ADDED:

I believe it is:  ...and alice my wif...

The final letter isn't entirely clear and in this hand final-s and e can look very similar.

ADDED 2:

...good doers soules...

I'm sure it's a typo, but you have 'Alice Coket latw the wife of John my son.....'

It should be late
