Trinidad, Cooper Grange — George H. Jones, wife & children

I am searching for additional information about George H. Jones, his wife (name unknown), a son (name unk), two daughters (one unk) and the location, Cooper Grange in the 19th century.

What is known about George and one daughter is from a marriage announcement published 9 December 1882. Edmond Waterton Conningsby Erskine married Evelina Florence Jones, "...second daughter of the late Mr. George Jones of Cooper Grange, Trinidad..." at the residence of the bride's brother, The Woodlands, Waterlooville.

Unfortunately, the nearest copy of the text by Vaucrosson & Uddenberg, "Lists from the San Fernando Gazette, Trinidad, West Indies: 1865-1896", is at the British Library and I'm on the Continent with a visit to the UK not on the horizon.

Is a message to the Diocesan Secretariat of the Anglican Church of Trinidad & Tobago requesting information from a parish church (possibly St. Thomas, San Fernando) a viable option for pursuing BMD information?

Earlier in 1882, on August 15th, George Henry Jones, a bachelor,  (presumably the brother) was married to Louisa Margaret Gorges, a widow in Waterlooville. His father was George Henry Jones, gentleman. Her father was Solomon Richards, a "clerk in holy orders". Witnesses were Richard Corry Gorges and Evelina Florence Jones.
