... my friends & for the souls of all the faithful deceased in deeds of piety, so as seems to them will please God and advance the health of my soul. Of this my testament I ordain and constitute as executors my faithful friends Margaret my wife, Master Walter my son, Rector of Livermere, Walter Coket of Ingham, John Coket of Ampton & John Coket of Bury St Edmunds. And as supervisor of this my will I appoint and assign John Croft of Bury aforesaid. In witness of this matter, to this present will I have affixed my seal. Given at Ampton aforesaid on the day and in the year of the Lord abovesaid.
