I have his birth info from the baptism  25 Dec 1810 but nothing else concrete.  No census, marriage or death that I can firmly connect to the family. 

A possible hint is an 1881 census showing a Charles and Maria Barnard in St Leaonard Shoreditch London England with his birth as 1813. 

I see a marriage for a Charles  Barnard and Maria Sophia Seymour Ball 05 Jan 1847 at Christ Church,Southwark,London,England but cannot find an image to see if parents are listed.  Searching for more information on Maria Sophia Seymour Ball  has added no real leads.
