That Patrick is not the right one. In fact there are several other Patricks in the same area belonging to the same original family, although there may be slightly different spellings to their names.

But you are correct it is easy to confuse them. So Patrick married to Margaret is not our subject.

As is now determined, it appears I need to go search for James, his brother, and ignore what I, so far , failed to find.

That was the point I was trying to make, I don't think your Patrick had any connection to Winetown, land or otherwise.
