I was thinking Daisy for Margaret but if she was born as Daisy then it must be her birth name.

Doesn't mean she wasn't called by a pet name of course but unless we know of one we can't look for it!

Were there other children besides Frank that have now passed away we could look for?

If he was the only one then parents may either not be together by choice or because one of them passed away after marriage.

Daisy's birth was registered Jan to March 1905 so am guessing she was born late 1904 or early 1905

I think we're struggling here  :(  if you do decide to get the marriage then please let us know what it says so we can help further.

All speculation at this point with so little to go on.

Have you found Daisy with her parents in 1911?

Yes found Daisy in 1911 in Dorset with parents.

It does seem tricky. I suppose King is a fairly common name which doesn't help

Daisy was born about 1905 in Poole, Dorset. I do not have a death date for her as yet and I can't find either of them on the 1939 register

Daisy Keet with her parents Solomon occ Nurseries Labourer & Jane plus 8 siblings?
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:X7KL-WS9

her 1905 birth reg. gives mn  SMITH

If there is a baptism for Daisy perhaps that might give her dob

1901 Solomon Keet & family his occupation Hawker (flowers)

As Milliepede posted earlier think you'll need the marriage cert to confirm father's names etc....

Another possibility Daisy King nee Keet might have remarried if husband Edward King had died before 1939  ???

Edited - this is Violet & Lily's baptism but can't see one for Daisy  ???

Violet Keet Bpt. 13 Apr 1902 Verwood, Dorset
Father: Solomon Keet occ Market Gardener Mother:   Jane
Dorset, England, Church of England Births and Baptisms, 1813-1906
she married Albert Matthews in 1920 at St John, Woking Surrey

Lily Keet Baptism 11 Mar 1913 West Moors, Dorset
Father:   Solomon Keet Mother:   Jane Keet
also Noah same date
England, Select Dorset Church of England Parish Registers, 1538-1999

So there was a sister Lily.  I didn't post it last night to confuse things but did find a marriage for Thomas King to a Keet ** and so that would mean two King/Keet pairings for children.

Daisy has birthplace Kinson Hampshire rather than Dorset so her baptism presumably in a different area.
