The Web site now defaults to a registration page with an email/user and password.

And a few attempts this morning the screen hangs.  Is it closed for Easter?  Or is it me?

That would entail scrapping the whole "improvement" and reverting to original.

We can only hope ;D

After three phone calls and each one I was on hold well over an hour - first one an hour and forty minutes, the second an hour and 50 minutes then customer service person put on me on hold and I waited another 20 minutes and then hung up in disgust.  Third call an hour and 25 minutes and was informed that my late husband's amended death certificate would be posted within 3 - 5 days.   Three weeks later it arrived in the mail last Thursday.  Appalling service.

I agree with Sue's comment.
