It was 1961.  It says she was British, passport number LO366402, US address - YWCA, Miami, Florida, 101 Jet boarded at London, permanent address - 5 Elm Avenue, Blackpool, England, born 15 Apr. 1913 in London, visa issued at Liverpool on 26 Oct. 1961.  There is a stamp from the Immigration and Naturalization Service, New York, NY that says she was admitted Dec. 29, 1961.
