If you have access to online newspapers there are a number of articles on William Arthur Hooten but no photographs  ???

I've just had a dig on Ancestry for you and looked at the trees it turned up. Unfortunately, although a number of trees do have photos attached, these are all images of census entries, shipping lists and the like, not a picture of the man himself to be found. Sorry.

Nottingham Evening Post, Nottingham Journal, Nottingham Evening Post.

Check with your local library to see if they have access to FindMyPast where you would be able to view these newspapers.
