Add - not sure if it shows how to clear individual cookies though  :-\

This suggests that you can't clear individual cookies in Edge

Thanks for looking Gadget, I think your correct and it's not possible in Edge.

Most desktop versions of web browsers have developer tools built in, which allow viewing and deletion of cookies for the current website you're on.

You need to open the Dev Tools (use the appropriate toolbar menu, or F12 on Windows), select the appropriate tab ('Storage' on Firefox and Edge, 'Application' on Chrome), expand the Cookies menu tree item and then select and delete the cookie(s) you want to remove.
