Ann Healey b Jan 1822 Winslow m 27 Sep 1842 Westminster St Anne Soho
« on: Friday 26 April 19 09:21 BST (UK) »
The above married Benjamin Grice, he was the son of John and Ann Grice and bapt 7 Mar 1819 Hardwick, Norfolk; Ann was the daughter of John Healey (1784-1848) and Ann Kings (1783-1865)  bapt 6 Jan 1822. Her parents and sibings seemed to have moved to London sometime in the 1830's.
Ann appears with Benjamin on the 1851 census at 48 Whitcomb Street, St Martin in the Fields, Benjamin was a Porter. I can't find any records for her after 1851 but found him at 1881 as a widower living at 94 Caister Road, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, as a lodger and annuitant. Obviously Ann must have passed away prior to 1881 and I only found 1 death for her name as Q2 1878 at Hackney? There weren't any children at 1851 but afterwards?

There's a Benjamin Grice aged 35 arrived Victoria on the Martaban in January 1854. And a Benjamin Grice leaving Victoria for London on the Lusitania in March 1878, aged 59.

Don't forget you can check for births using both parents names on the GRO website  :)

I know that one was aged 58 but it's close to her age, don't you think?
