They are on the Marian Moore

Thank you. I have their histories once in Australia but would love to find out why they left.

non-Roman Catholic Marriages are recorded from 1845 on Civil Reg...to check for possible siblings once Images come online

Trouble is not having more precise address for them

Did Nancy come back to Donegal - she is the Complainant - did she take William to court in his abscence ?
or is it a different Nancy McNutt ??
its the only record I can find for a Nancy McNutt

Name    Nancy Mcnutt
Event Type    Court
Event Date    30 Apr 1868
Event Place    Donegal, Ireland
County    Donegal
Role of Individual    Complainant
Court    Milford
Milford to Ramelton is 4 miles .....so at least a relative if not THE Nancy McNutt

Never seen this before. The youngest, William was born in Milford according to his death certificate.
Not aware that parents William and Nancy left at all. Wonder why she took William to court ?
I have never been able to find any info on them. William the father was a farmer.

Yes I had a look in civil records but they do not seem to mention a spouse name on the death record which would be the only record availAble for time change
I am new to this site so I could be wrong. Thanks for the help

Four members of my husbands Patterson family from the ramelton area in Donegal emigrated to Victoria, Australia in the 1850s. Their names were Robert (20), Ann (18), Matthew (10) and William (8). The big gap in age means there were probably other children who did not come with them. Parents were William and Nancy McNutt . All four children had the same mother but cannot trace them.  Can anyone help with info.
Cheers Christine

What records do you have that show who their Mother was?

I have their death certificates. All say mother was Nancy McNutt. The daughter was named Ann but always called Nancy
