But you didn't have to delete the whole reply ;D
The birth looked promising.
The question is, who is/was DER (in relation to Annie)
Can't see any Morgan-Tidmarsh births.

We traced Tom to Banctwrgwili, Penygroes near Landybie in 1939, married Annie Morgan (Harry or Henry Tidmarsh) in 1943, he died in 1947 in Parke Mill, Capel Isaac. We don't know where Annie and Tom are buried. Tom's mother Elizabeth and his daughter, still-born, Rachel Hannah are buried in the churchyard of the church on the corner in Penygroes but no Tom. You'd think he was buried with them, but no. Is she the one that died in 1965?

A possibility perhaps :

Births Sep 1921
Morgans    Jennie M    MMN Tidmarsh    Llandovery    11a   2589

Marriage for David and Annie Morgan (nee Tidmarsh):

Marriages Dec 1918
Morgan    David    Tidmarsh    Llandovery    11a   1959
Tidmarsh    Annie    Morgan    Llandovery    11a   1959

That looks good. Well found.

Burials can be very hard to find. Hope she might be the right Annie, but not certain.

Quote from arwela on the other thread:

The witness on his death certificate is A Anthony from Felinparcau.

Any idea where Felinparcau is?

Have you considered that Tom may have been cremated?

Have you tried looking for an obituary at any of the libraries near to his place of death?

This is the A Anthony from Felinparcau ( Parke Mill, Capel Isaac) that we have been working on.
Looking for proof leading up to her. We think she was the Annie Morgan (Tidmarsh) but not totally sure.

Cremation is a possibility as he had no family left except for Jacob who was still alive. We don't know if they spoke to each other. Were there many cremations in 1947 when Tom died?

Tom was born 8th June 1874 at Typicca farm, illegitimate son of Elizabeth, when old enough ended up as a buliders' labourer in Penygroes, Carmarthenshire.
