He's listed in deaths on the 22 nd October 1904 in the Walsall advertiser.
It says
On the 14 inst.Thomas Alexander Dyke Walters 172 Prince Street age 42 years.

It was my school's church - long time ago but don't remember much of an area around it where there could be a graveyard.

Not much room Stan, thank you.  My school is on that map, it was at the corner of Scarborough Rd and Ida Rd. It was Edward Shelley High School when I went there ;D
