Possibly Thirdborough ( there is a dot above the first vowel), though it's not a name I've come across before.
Bumstead - London, Suffolk
Plant, Woolnough, Wase, Suffolk
Flexney, Godfrey, Burson, Hobby -  Oxfordshire
Street, Mitchell - Gloucestershire
Horwood, Heale Drew - Bristol
Gibbs, Gait, Noyes, Peters, Padfield, Board, York, Rogers, Horler, Heale, Emery, Clavey, Mogg, - Somerset
Fook, Snell - Devon
M(a)cDonald, Yuell, Gollan, McKenzie - Rosshire
McLennan, Mackintosh - Inverness
Williams, Jones - Angelsey & Caernarvon

Have you looked for any other entries for the name?

I agree with Old Bristolian that it's Thirdborough.

If you look on freeBMD (admittedly this doesn't start until 1837) you will see that the name appears to be particularly common in Leicestershire.

I agree.  It comes up as an obsolete job title, and there are still people with that surname.

Many thanks Old Bristolian, Hallmark, JenB & Carol,

To determine frequency I looked up the surname on http://named.publicprofiler.org/ without success.

Are there any others that could be suggested for reasonably uncommon names such as  Thirdborough.?
