She was a minor, of 1 St Martinís Lane, when she married Duncan McAra at Christ Church, Newgate St, London on 27 July 1838 - father James Toleman, a ďtaylorĒ (tailor).

Witnesses: Richard Dubery and Matilda Knight - have they been traced?

1839 James Toleman is at 1 Tabernacle Walk - Hook and Eye Manufacturer so maybe not the same Janeís.

No age given on either m/c so wondering is this Duncan Mc ARA Jnr.'s father:-\

1843 marriage to Jane Tidey
Duncan Mc ARA f/a widow occ Tailor father Duncan Mc Ara occ Tailor

I canít find Duncan & Jane on the 1851 census to confirm age & pob etc....

Trying to see if I can find a link with the James Toleman, Tailor bn Somerset c1796
on the 1841/1851 census.

Originally thought perhaps James bn1796 might be Sarah Lydia's Uncle but that would mean that two brothers were named James  ???

Any idea of the maiden name of Sarah Lydia Tolemanís mother Sarah or any siblings?

Is there a connection to the Toleman's in Somerset ?
Could either of these be Sarah's parents marriage?
