Meaning of KSR on 1939 Register
« on: Friday 03 May 19 13:05 BST (UK) »
Hello,

I've found the husband of my 4x Great-Aunt on the 1939 Register, Joseph T Smith in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. Above his birth (16/04/95), the date 19/04/95 has been written in pencil. I assume this is possibly his correct date of birth. Next to this "KSR 31/03/45" is written.

Does anyone know what KSR means? At first I thought this may the date of his death, but I haven't been able to confirm this through records.

Thanks in advance for any help! :)
