The marriage certificate for Edward and Louisa should give their fathers names to start the search - when did they marry?

Are they the couple with a daughter Elizabeth J age 3 in 1871?  If so it looks like mothers maiden name could be Williams.

I think the best way is to track Edward on the censuses for 1851 and 1861 (or get his marriage certificate) to confirm his parent(s) names then look for marriages using the maiden names above to find a match.
