I think the 2 marriage certificates would be essential to confirm that tree.

Her first daughter by her married surname was named in that obituary, so presumably they stayed in contact - what is your relationship?

I think Agnes married James Henshaw Mills in 1907, i have tracked her through census to her death in  1960.

I don't  believe that  Henry John Brinsley 8th Duke of Rutland Manners is anything to do with this family.
