Is this my Owen

Hi, I've been looking in to a relative, Owen Thomas who was born in Manchester in 1826 to Martha and Emmanuel Thomas. I have been helped in the past to look in to some of the history of Owen's son Thomas Thomas and found a short criminal record. I have stumbled across one document for an Owen Thomas in 1852 in relation to a 2 month prison term for larceny but is there a way to find if this is my Owen; husband of Margaret Fennill and father to Thomas, William Alma, Alfred and Mary?
Any help would be great. Thank you!

There is another record which gives his birth place as Pendleton and age as 28.
