I would say this was early 1890s

This Ayrshire History website has a listing for the Ayrshire Photographic Company at the address on the photograph - dates are between 1898 -1900.

This is post Gigot era so I would suggest around 1898 is the start date & into the early 1900's.

There is a mix of styles. A couple have the v. late remnants of the gigot sleeve but with accompanying embroidery & other fancy bits. The older lady has the usual 1890's bodice.
One lady has the loose fitting bodice which became fashionable around the turn of the century.
