Please can you tell me of further imfo on the following, marriage 29.1.1901 fred george painter,33 son of william=sarah jane edithe helen hutchins, 25,daughter of herbert.archive refs N 3 85. Folio125, entry 171
two of their children were born  frederick1903 rajputanna india. also amelia rose painter in 1905, very many thanks Margaret.

There isn't much more to tell about the marriage. Frederick was an overseer at the military works. His father William was deceased. I noticed that there were many marriages at Christ Church that day and many of the grooms were witnesses to other marriages. 

FindMyPast has WW1 military records for Frederick George Painter which include a transcription of the marriage record.  He served on home service throughout the war as a Sergeant Major in the Gloster Regiment and had previously served 21 years with 19th Hussars. I haven't looked for his Hussars records.
