I know when Margaret married it was 1940. It is her parents I'm after. Her mothers maiden name was Warr.

You just have to purchase the marriage certificate to find out her father's name if her marriage is the only thing you can be certain of.

If there is more than one option for her birth then that really is the best way to start otherwise it's only educated guesswork.

The  couple found by Kay99, who married in Wincanton in 1916, look to be the most likely parents of Margaret, they lived in Swanage.

Albert's death was registered in Poole in 1959. Albert Joseph HUNT of 18 Bell Street Swanage died 16 January 1959, Administration to Florence Rose HUNT widow. From Probate in 1978 Florence died 11 November 1977, still living at the same address, no name given to whom a Probate was granted.

In the 1931 Electoral Roll they were living in Osborne Road Swanage

There was another daughter Olive Beatrice E born in 1923, birth registered in Wareham.

I can now confirm Kay99 is correct with the parents. I now have proof from Margaret’s son.
