Non Conformist burials, New Bethel, Mynyddislwyn

Please can anyone suggest where to find a missing burial for David Williams, who died April 24th, 1833, according to his will and probate.
He lived at Sychpant Farm, Mynyddislwyn.
I believe he was non conformist, so I imagined him being buried either at New Bethel in Mynyddislwyn, or maybe at Penmaen.
I checked FindMyPast for Penmaen, no luck, but I don't know where I can find records for Bethel/New Bethel.
Does anyone know if the Bethel records are available anywhere?

Gwent archives have the burial records for Nebo Congregational in Penmaen

I found some Penmaen burials on FindMyPast, which is how I concluded he is not there.
As he lived in Mynyddislwyn I am hoping he will be in Bethel.
