Do you have an exact DOB for Michael John in 1933?

Might be easier to find him in 1939 or his death if they stayed in England.

There is a Michael J Carter in 1933, doesn't give mother's maiden name

Regarding the family aghadowey located in Limerick in 1911

John O'CONNELL m Bridget Josephine SHEEHAN in Ennis, Co. Clare on Jul 17 1910

Bridget Josephine was with her parents and family on the 1901 census LINK
at house 8 in Post Office Lane (Ennis No. 3, Clare)

The family are at house 8 in Ahearn Terrace (Ennis No. 2 Urban, Clare) LINK in 1911

Edward Sheehan died at 8 Ahern Terrace on Mar 29 1926 LINK
His daughter Josephine O'Connell was the informant

Bridget Sheehan also died at Ahern Terrace on Mar 17 1938 LINK

It may be that Michael Carter was born in his grandparents home if the addresses match when you get his birth certificate
