Are the parents of Thomas Roberts,  John and Mary or Thomas and Mary?

Could it be Jonathan rather than John  :-\  There are other John's on the page and they are written as John

Thank you rosie99 for the possibility of Jonathan. I didn't think of that.

It's been written as Jhon, but John is meant.

Thanks horselydown86. Maybe he transposed the "h" and "o." I can't see him spelling John that way on the pages around it. My 2nd great-grandfather name was spelled Jhon, instead of John when he was listed as an informant at death of his father-in-law.

Jhon is used quite often as an alternative, it is difficult to know what they meant but it was not Thomas

Thanks again rosie99 & horselydown86. It is nice to know that Jhon was used for John. I will let my cousin know.
