Ancestry Contact a member
« on: Wednesday 15 May 19 08:32 BST (UK) »
I  found an interesting tree  but cannot seem to be able to contact the owner. There is no contact tab.
Another person has the same family, but only 3 members. On their page there is a contact function.
is there any reason for this.

It is possible for a member to choose not to receive messages. It's under Site Preferences, Community Preferences.

You could give some limited  details here, in case the tree owner is a Rootschat member.

I sometimes wonder why people do their family trees if they're not interested in getting in touch with other, even if distant, relatives.
