ann/ annie M O'Connor 1875-1878 Castle Ross Co...
« on: Wednesday 15 May 19 09:35 BST (UK) »
Hi I'm not sure if this is the correct section as I don't know Ireland very well or where the Castle Ross is...

I'm trying to trace my 2nd grandmother's birth and marriage record. On the England Census/ electoral she goes by Ann and Annie M Carter (Married to John J Carter or Jack Patrick Carter) but that's as far as I can find her. Her death registration shows that she was born 1878... Different to what my family thought.

My mother said Annie O'Connor was born in 1875 at Castle Ross Country... I tried to search based on this information but I'm not getting anywhere... Any pointers?

When did she marry?
Where was she 1901?
What was father;s name?

Since there are too many questions......  Maybe Co Roscommon???

Hello and welcome.

You mention Annie in English census/electoral - what do you mean? Where do you have her with those names and birthplace?

Heywood

I'm not sure I understand what you meant... Electoral list (attached) I know her name and birth place through my family.... I just can't find it on record hence why I'm on here hoping for some guidance.
