You have posted an electoral list not a census.

Where did they live?
Did they have any children? If so - where were they born?

I didn’t ask re the siblings but you had mentioned a census which is different to the electoral register.

If you know very little, you need to start somewhere. Which is the earliest record you have re Ann and John?

c reg Birth results for Annie O'Connor from 1875 to 1875

https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/civil-perform-search.jsp?namefm=Annie+&namel=O%27Connor&location=&yyfrom=1875&yyto=1875&type=B&submit=Search

When did she marry?
Where was she 1901?
What was father;s name?

Since there are too many questions......  Maybe Co Roscommon???

I don't know when she got married either... I only can find her on Electoral from 1950's and upward.. I don't even know who her father is hence why I'm trying to find the marriage record so that I can see if her father's name will be on it.

I will check the link you posted, is Castle Ross a county?

There's no such county in Ireland called 'Castle Ross.' There is a county Roscommon, a Ross Castle in county Kilkenny, etc. You've started this thread on the KERRY board- is there a reason why you've picked that county?

Best to start with what you know from English records and work back.

Do you have her marriage to John Carter? if so, when and where? what's listed under father's name and occupation? could the witnesses be related to her?

Census records- is she with husband in 1901 and/or 1911? if so, where?
1911 census gives more details than previous ones- asked married women how many years married and place of birth often more exact than 'Ireland'

When and where did she die? who was the informant? it's not at all uncommon for details to be wrong. Also, people weren't always sure exactly when they were born or even where so family stories and 'facts' might not agree with each other.

The earliest record I have for Ann and John is the electoral list (as explained in OP) from 1950's and they lived at st Ann's Road... I found my grandfather's birth registration in 1923 with her maiden name but that's all... My grandfather is not alive... Don't think any of his 17 siblings are alive either... My mother doesn't know most of the siblings' names...
