Collinson, Pennygar

Hi, i have a Eliza Collinson born 1879 who was married to a James Michael Pennygar 1900 Penrith,

James and Eliza had 5 children, two of them Maria and Mary Alice Pennygar did not marry and both died in 1979 somerset.

I am trying to find anything out about this family, i do have odd bits but are really trying to find why Maria and Mary ended up in Somerset,

If anyone knows this family, even the Collinsons please get in touch

The 1900 bridegroom was James Pennegar.

Mary Alice Pennegar, mmn Collinson, Jun qtr 1902 Penrith
William Pennegar, mmn Collinson, Jun qtr 1904 Penrith, died Mar qtr 1905 Penrith aged 0.
Maria Pennegar, mmn Collinson, Dec qtr 1906 Penrith
Olive Pennegar, mmn Collinson, Jun qtr 1910 Penrith, died Dec qtr 1910 Penrith aged 0.

James Pennegar died aged 79, Dec qtr 1920 Penrith.

Eliza Pennegar died aged 71, Jun qtr 1951 Penrith.

Thanks all for your posts, the Pennygar changed a lot of times even to Pinegar,still looking for someone thats possibley researching both names

I suspect one ended up in Somerset for work purposes and the other followed later (when parents died?). Or they decided to retire to the area?

In 1939 Maria appears to be still in the Penrith area, whilst there's a possible for Mary in Northampton

There are probate register entries. Might be useful to see who got administration of the two estates. They died within a week of each other
