Catherine Hunter 1940's needs a clean and spruce up

I'm helping a friend out to clean this photo for his family history project, it was one of those tiny photos, so the quality of the scan is only as good as the original! :(

If Catherine from Northern Ireland could please have a good clean up and iron out the creases it would be very much appreciated.

         Thanx for your kind words Aussielass but remember this is not to be taken as historically

             correct. This is a representation, :D :D I'm never sure how to incorporate this advice

           into a photo.  I don't want somebody in the future thinking that this is how it was.
