I recently loaded Windows 7 and now I have an enlarged Picture.  How do I bring it back to normal size?

There is a way to change the screen resolution in your settings for the screen display, or, you could press control and hold down and use your mouse at the same time to zoom in or out with the mouse wheel to change the display. I'm sure there are more experienced techies than me that will come to your aid.

From memory

Right click on the desktop and left click on display settings, select the screen resolution you would like & click OK
