It's not a will but a memorandum concerning the administration, possibly from an Act Book?

Robert Coket was of Bury St Edmunds and died intestate.

The administration was granted to Thomas Coket of Badewell & Rose formerly the wife of the said Robert.

The date is 8 February 1442 (Old Style).
